Below is an overview of the student development programs according to their respective stages:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Freshman (First and second semester)<\/strong><strong><br \/><\/strong>In the first year, the primary focus is on strengthening academic culture and introducing campus life. Programs are designed to help students adapt to their new academic environment.
